Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is comprised of thirteen members, six of whom are appointed by the Florida Governor and five who are appointed by the Florida Board of Governors and confirmed by the Florida Senate for a staggered term of five years. The chair of the university’s Faculty Senate and the president of the university’s Student Government Association are also members.
